Give me a phone Number so I can Call.Have spent hundreds on COREL. If i don't get some help I am switching to something else.!!!!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $90.

Switch now. From my ghastly time wasting experience of trying to get customer services to sort out a problem caused by THEIR system - and getting nowhere, I will never ever again purchase anything from Corel.
They hate their customers .
Plenty of other software products out there that do same or better job - coupled with customer service that cares. Dont bother with Corel switch now
I totally utterly agree. I thin these posting are the tip of the iceberg.
There are probably 10s of thousands of customers out there like us who are totally exasperated by these idiots in their so called customer services. Corels business plan seems to be now to ensure their dodgy activation system records (without the user knowing) multiple activations then locks out the software. The only response from their customer service is to tell you to upgrade (at an inflated price as well) They make no attempt whatsoever to sort out the problem. I am beginning to think this is a deliberate ploy by Corel to get people with slightly older software to upgrade whether they want to or not.
Like you are 25+ years and a huge list of software I have purchased over the years - its time to say goodbye for good to Corel and look to software from REPUTABLE companies that don't do this dirty trick to get you to upgrade and who also provide a decent customer service. Corel is not going to get anything from me in the future unless they dramatically mend their ways - and even then I'll find it hard to trust them again
